Help & Advice
If you require assistance or advice, the best thing to do is to email a few photos to email@example.com of the lock, safe, door or window in question so that we can help you more easily, most importantly quote very competitively.
Please see below some examples of the kind of photos we need to see. Try to reproduce views on these images.
If you are not able to email pictures, give your local branch a call, click here to find your nearest branch.
Perspective Shot (external view)
If possible start by taking a photograph of the entire door from the outside like this one.
Perspective Shot (internal view)
Then, if possible take a photograph similar to this one so that we can see the entire door and the surrounding door frame.
Close Up of Locks (external view)
Then take a shot (or more) of any locks or visible key holes as viewed from the outside with the door still closed.
Close Up of Locks (internal view)
Then take the same shot (or more) of any locks or visible key holes as viewed from the inside with the door still closed.
(in this case there were two locks on the door and they were quite close together so we were able to capture both locks in one photo, you may need to take several photos if you have multiples locks and they are not close together).\
Side Perspective with Door Open
Now open the door and take a photo showing as much of the length of the door edge as possible.
Side Perspective with Door Open (Closer Views)
Again with the door open, take closer views of any locks viewed from the ‘edge’ of the door like these two pictures.
Key Hole Photo
Sometimes you might be locked out and we need to see pictures of the ‘Key Hole’, these next four pictures are the type of thing we need to see.
