The Chubb 8K106 window lock is an easy to use, key operated window lock, as required by most insurance companies. It is compatible with a variety of window types, including Crittall windows, which are found on many period properties in and around London.
NB: Due to the age and design of certain metal framed windows, in a very few cases installation of these locks can cause cracking of the window glass. Whilst we take every precaution to avoid this occuring, we cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that your window cracks during, or after installation.
