The heavy duty door closer is recommended for heavy doors, or those subject to particularly high traffic or strong wind. It is particularly recommended for the large communal doors often found on period properties, which are often both heavy, high traffic and subject to strong draughts which can interfere with the reliable operation of lower powered closers. The heavy duty closer is fully adjustable by the end user, and can be fitted in conventional or parallell arm mode to suit a wide variety of applications.
