The Ingersoll SC71 nightlatch is probably the second most common nightlatch lock in London, and has been in continuous production for over 30 years. If your lock says 'Ingersoll' on the cylinder, or on the edge of the lockcase where it overlaps the door, we can change your cylinder quickly and easily.
We fit a Mul-T-Lock high security cylinder designed and produced by Mul-T-Lock, specifically for the Ingersol SC71. The cylinder comes complete with 2 Mul-T-Lock keys, which are registered and highly protected my Mul-T-lock. Each lock is supplied with a credit card type plastic registration card and Mult-T-Lock dealers will only cut keys on presentation of this card.

NB: Whilst the Ingersoll lock is a nigh quality lock, it is not British Standard 3621 certified. If this is the only lock on your door, we recommend upgrading to the B.S 3621 compliant Era High Security B.S. Nightlatch.
